At Trabiz Fusion, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase you make. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item, and we are here to make the process as smooth and convenient as possible. Please review our return policy below.
Returns and Exchanges Eligibility
Items must be returned within 3 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Personalized, custom-made, and perishable items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Intimate or sanitary goods, including swimwear and undergarments, cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Process for Returning/Exchanging Items
To initiate a return or exchange, please log in to your account on our website and navigate to the “Order History” section. Select the order containing the item you wish to return or exchange and follow the instructions provided.
If you checked out as a guest, please contact our customer support at info@trabizfusion.com to initiate the return/exchange process.
Once your return/exchange request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This number must be included in your return package.
Shipping of Return Items:
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning/exchanging items, unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, defective item, etc.).We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and documented return of your items.
For exchanges, the new item will be shipped once we receive the returned item and verify its condition.
Refund and Exchange Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Exchanges will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item, subject to availability. If the desired exchange item is not available, a refund will be issued.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@trabizfusion.com within 2 days of receiving the item.
We may request photos or other evidence of the damage/defect to expedite the resolution process.
